Gabe and the Ripple
Flotrack went to Saucony to check out the shoe company that had three of the top 10 US marathoners in 2007. We talked to the President about why they sponsor athletes and learned about spikes. We also ran into Gabe Jennings, Saucony's miler and asked him to design his own spike. We got some schwag and we are giving it away to the best designed spike.... Just don't steal Gabe's design.

Saucony cannot expect to compete with Nike's spike designs by putting out some crazy, bold spikes; it just doesn't work that way. Saucony needs to start designing more simple, clean spikes. Until they do that, I just don't see them making any real impact on the track spike scene. Just my two cents.

You can color them in with photoshop, mspaint or any other paint/computer program or if you are oldschool, you can print it, color it in with markers or crayons and then scan it in and upload it.
